Over 50 years of experience gained by Codaf staff in the implementation of poultry equipment have led the company to establish itself worldwide for its innovative and extensive range of feeders and its automated feeding systems for large poultry factory farming (broiler chickens, roosters and breeding hens, pullets, turkeys, guinea hens, geese, ducks, etc.).

Codaf, convinced that quality can only be guaranteed by a continuous innovation of production processes and products themselves, has patented the "Giò" feeder, specially designed and developed in different versions to meet different needs, with a very easy access to the animals since from the early days, but with a profile that allows to significantly reduce the wastage of feed also with adult animals.

The feeders included in Giò range provide many advantages: easy to use, quick to clean, reduced feed waste and labour, they guarantee excellent conversions and better consistency of results, even thanks to the easy adjustment of the amount of food and the absence of the grid (to avoid the chicks from getting trapped inside).

Augers

Codaf produces in its premises all the wide range of augers used for both the feeding lines and flexible screw conveyors, and is able to adapt and customize their implementation depending on specific customer needs.

Feeders

The materials used to build the feeders are treated with non-toxic paints in order to avoid that the feed undergoes alterations that might be harmful for the animals. The plastic components are shock-proof, anti-corrosion and acid resistant to disinfection.

Piper for Feeding Lines

The pipes of the feeding lines are built with moulding and laser cutting machines, allowing the creation of the different types of holes and their placement on the tubes, as well as the realization of ribs and sockets to ensure a correct and effective engagement.

Pipes for Flexible Screw Conveyors

The pipes manufactured by Codaf for flexible screw conveyors are 100% made of PVC to ensure maximum performance, they come with socket for easy connection as well as curves made with special bending machines.
